1) Author registration:

By 22 Sept. 2019, each accepted VCIP-2019 paper needs to complete a full registration (i.e. IEEE Member registration, CASS member registration, or Non-member registration). The student registration is not regarded as a full registration. Each full registration can cover 2 papers where one of common joint authors should be the registrant. Only registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE.

2) VCIP-2019 Registration fees:

• Regular Registration (After 15/10/2019, Sydney Time)

  • Tutorial Only Registration (By 01/12/2019) $100

Notes: Student registration rate does not cover conference dinner.

3) Cancellation policy of VCIP-2019 registration:

• Cancellations before 30 Oct. 2019 will be subject to charge 20% of registration fee
• Cancellations before 15 Nov. 2019 will be subject to charge 50% of registration fee
• No refund will be made for cancellations after 16 Nov. 2019
• No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issues
• No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows
